BIOGRIP launched in 2019 as a research institute supported by funding from the South African national Department of Science and Innovation (DSI). It aims to advance South Africa’s research infrastructure and technical capacity in the field of biogeochemistry. Facilities and talent made possible at BIOGRIP will enable research excellence with local and global relavence.

BIOGRIP publishes annual reports and other important documents that provide greater insight into how it is achieving these aims, including key figures, deliverables, and financial reporting.
